(세종=연합뉴스) 송정은 기자 = 해외직구한 속칭 '짝퉁' 등 지난해 통관에서 적발된 지식재산권 침해 물품이 8만건이 넘는 것으로 나타났다.

13일 관세청이 발간한 '2023 지식재산권 침해단속 연간통계보고서'에 따르면 지난해 통관 단계에서 적발된 지식재산권 침해 물품은 총 8만5천247건,134만개로 집계됐다.중량으로 257.7t에 이른다.

침해된 지식재산권 종류별로는 상표권 8만3천892건,디자인권·특허권 1천310건으로 나타났다.특히 디자인권·특허권 등은 전년보다 94.4% 증가해,복권 구입 방법침해되는 지식재산권이 다양해지는 양상이다.

통관 형태별로는 해외직구 물품이 주로 반입되는 특송 목록 통관에서의 적발이 6만9천525건으로 전체 적발 건수의 81.6%를 차지했다.수량으로는 34만3천개로 전년보다 197.8% 폭증했다.

해외직구를 통한 '짝퉁' 반입이 급격히 증가한 데 따른 것이라고 관세청은 설명했다.

적발된 품목은 가방류가 3만7천574건(44.1%)으로 가장 많았고 이어 신발류 1만7천847건(20.9%),복권 구입 방법의류 9천332건(10.9%),복권 구입 방법가전제품 4천986건(5.8%) 등 순이었다.

발송 국가별로는 중국(홍콩 포함)이 8만2천822건으로 전체 건수의 97.2%를 차지해 1위를 유지했으며 베트남 1천552건(1.8%),복권 구입 방법태국 186건(0.2%) 등이 뒤를 이었다.
