(서울=연합뉴스) 권혜진 기자 = 희림종합건축사사무소는 모듈러 건축 브랜드 '미노'(MINO)를 15일 출시했다.

희림이 모듈러 제작 전문회사 유창과 손잡고 공동 개발한 브랜드인 '미노'는 모듈러 혁신을 의미하는 '모듈러 이노베이션'(Modular Innovation)의 합성어다.

건축공급시스템을 혁신하고,모듈러 건축 경험을 풍부하게 하며,지속적인 모듈러 건축 시장을 개척하고자 하는 배경에서 탄생한 브랜드라고 회사 측은 밝혔다.

희림은 이와 함께 오는 9월께 미노 1호 상품에 해당하는 미노 리조트 빌라를 선보인다.

리조트 특성에 맞는 공간 모듈 시스템을 적용한 것으로,모듈 조합에 따라 다양한 실내외 구성이 가능하다.

공간 모듈에 최적화된 구조 시스템으로 건축 과정의 효율성을 극대화해 시공 속도는 높이고 비용은 절감할 수 있다.

또 진공 단열재를 활용한 초박형 외피시스템을 개발하고,로블록스 극혐 월드컵건식 바닥난방 시스템을 도입해 모듈러 건축의 한계를 극복했다.

천연목재 및 폐섬유 재활용 자재 등을 활용하고,자재 낭비를 최소화하는 한편 고성능 단열재와 창호를 사용함으로써 에너지 절약과 탄소 저감도 실현했다.

커튼,로블록스 극혐 월드컵조명,냉난방 등에 자동화 컨트롤을 적용해 사용자 편의를 높이고 전기 에너지 사용은 줄임으로써 유지 보수 비용도 절감되도록 했다.

희림 관계자는 "현재 완성도를 높이기 위한 기술 개발 과정을 거쳐 1호 미노를 공장에서 제작 중이며 9월에 준공할 예정"이라며 "미노가 모듈러 건축의 새로운 표준을 제시하고,나아가 지속가능한 미래건축을 선도하는 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.
