지난 10일 JTBC‘사건반장’에 따르면,제보자 A씨는 지난 5월 입주한 대구 북구의 한 아파트 지하 주차장에서 찍힌 영상을 공개했다.

영상에는 배관 문제로 주차장 천장에서 물이 폭포수처럼 쏟아지는 모습이 담겼다.물은 주차장 차량 위로 콸콸 쏟아졌다.

A씨는 이 영상을 입주민 커뮤니티를 통해 확인했다고 한다.지하 주차장 외에 승강기와 계단에서도 물이 샌 것으로 전해졌다.

제보자 A씨는 지하 주차장 누수에 대해 “우수배관에 우수량이 늘어 수압이 증가하면서 벌어진 일”이라고 설명했다.

이를 두고 아파트 측은 “배관에 대한 전수조사를 실시할 예정이며 최대한 재발 방지를 위해 노력하겠다”고 공지했다.

그러나 A씨는 “배관 문제는 이번이 처음이 아니다”라며 “지난달 꼭대기 층 배관에 문제가 생겨 승강기와 비상계단에 물이 줄줄 새어 흐르는 누수가 발생했다.지난 5월 입주 후 누수 외에도 장판 들뜸 등 문제가 많이 보였다”고 지적했다.

그러면서 A씨는 “수시로 발생하는 문제에 대한 조치가 미흡한 게 답답해 제보한다”고 밝혔다.
