7일 부동산정보 분석업체 부동산인포에 따르면 7~8월 전국에서 일반분양이 예정된 새 아파트는 전년(2만4776가구)보다 69% 늘어난 4만1881가구다.

지역별로는 ▲경기 1만8927가구 ▲인천 5298가구 ▲대전 4409가구 ▲충남 3325가구 ▲서울 2199가구 ▲대구 1879가구 ▲부산1864가구 ▲충북 1450가구 등이다.

분양이 예정된 주요 물량은 ▲용인 푸르지오 원클러스터 ▲의정부 롯데캐슬 나리벡시티 ▲힐스테이트 광주곤지암역 ▲서울 래미안 원펜타스 ▲서울 래미안 레벤투스 ▲인천 씨티오씨엘 6단지 ▲광주 아크로 트라몬트 ▲춘천 아테라 에듀파크 ▲힐스테이트 구미더퍼스트 등이다.

분양이 늘어난 주 요인은 부동산시장 분위기 회복이 꼽힌다.지속적인 분양가 상승과 수도권 랜드마크의 거래량 및 매매가격 회복세로 청약 수요가 늘자 공급자들도 공급에 박차를 가하고 있다는 분석이다.

업계 관계자는 "침체됐던 주택시장이 다소 살아날 조짐을 보이자 분양시장도 덩달아 회복 분위기"라고 짚었다.이어 "다만 실수요로 재편된 만큼 상대적으로 환금성이 좋고 가격 방어가 뛰어난 대단지 브랜드아파트 등 대장주 요소를 갖춘 물량 위주로 호성적을 보일 것"이라고 전망했다.
