(서울=연합뉴스) 이민영 기자 = 휴젤이 11일 미국에서 메디톡스와 진행 중인 보툴리눔 톡신 소송 예비판결에서 승소했다는 소식에 52주 신고가를 기록했다.

이날 코스닥시장에서 휴젤은 전장 대비 13.62% 오른 24만2천원에 거래를 마쳤다.

주가는 장중 23.24% 상승한 26만2천500원까지 오르며 52주 신고가를 기록했다.

반면 메디톡스는 2.92% 하락한 13만9천500원로 마감했다.

이날 휴젤은 "메디톡스가 제기한 '보툴리눔 톡신 의약품의 미국 내 수입에 관한 불공정 행위에 대한 조사' 사건에서 '휴젤이 관세법 제337조를 위반한 사실이 없다'는 미국 국제무역위원회(ITC)의 예비 심결을 받았다"며 "올해 10월로 예정된 미국 ITC의 최종심결까지 법무대리인을 통해 회사의 입장을 적극적으로 개진해 계속 대응할 계획"이라고 공시했다.

메디톡스는 이번 예비 심결과 관련해 ITC에 재검토를 요청할 방침이라고 밝혔다.

앞서 2022년 메디톡스는 휴젤이 자사 균주 및 제조공정을 도용했다며 휴젤·휴젤아메리카·크로마파마를 ITC에 제소한 바 있다.

이날 다올투자증권은 ITC 판결로 휴젤의 북미 사업 불확실성이 해소됐다며 목표주가를 27만원에서 35만원으로 올렸다.

박종현 연구원은 "ITC의 예비 판결로 휴젤의 북미 사업에 대한 불확실성이 해소됐다"며 "휴젤의 북미 사업 가치를 4천350억원으로 예상하며,기아 한화 야구2030년 북미 사업 이자·법인세 차감 전 영업이익(EBIT) 마진은 86%까지 점진적으로 증가할 것"이라고 전망했다.
