캠핑하기 더없이 좋은 계절인데요.상당수 캠핑장이 신용카드를 안받거나 2박 이상만 우선 예약을 받는 등 이른바 '예약 갑질'을 하고 있는 걸로 나타났습니다.

조덕현 기자입니다.

[리포트]
경기도의 한 오토캠핑장.7월 19일 금요일부터 1박 2일,암호 화폐 은행예약을 시도해 봤습니다.

지금은 2박 이상 예약만 받고,1박 예약은 7월 12일 이후 받는다고 돼 있습니다.

"주요 자리들은 2박으로 묶인 자리들이 있고요.성수기 때뿐이 아니라 전부해서 2박 우선으로 묶여져 있고요."

소비자원이 캠핑장 100곳을 조사해보니,암호 화폐 은행68곳이 이 캠핑장처럼 '2박 이상 우선 예약제'를 뒀고,1박 예약을 아예 받지 않는 곳도 4곳 있었습니다.

휴가철 성수기에 기다린다고 1박 예약이 된다는 보장이 없으니,암호 화폐 은행'울며 겨자먹기'로 2박을 예약하는 캠핑객이 많습니다.

"이러한 조건 때문에 부득이하게 2박 예약을 했던 경우가 42.4%나 됐고…."

카드 결제가 안되는 곳도 수두룩합니다.캠핑장 100곳 가운데 34곳은 '현금 계좌이체'로만 결제가 가능한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

"아이가 캠핑을 가고 싶어해서 캠핑장을 예약하려고 했는데 현금 결제만 돼가지고,암호 화폐 은행따로 계좌 이체를 해드려야 되더라고요.그런 게 좀 많이 불편했었던 경험이 있습니다."

또 이용객 변심으로 인한 예약 취소에는 대부분 위약금을 부과하면서도,암호 화폐 은행캠핑장 업주가 일방적으로 예약을 취소하는 경우 배상 규정을 두지 않는 곳이 74%나 되는 등 '갑질 영업'이 만연한 것으로 나타나 당국이 시정조치에 나서기로 했습니다.
