엄태영 국민의힘 의원·LHRI 주관한국토지주택공사(LH)는 오는 16일 국회 의원회관 1세미나실에서 '매입임대주택 정책 효과 및 합리적 공급 방안 정책토론회'를 연다고 12일 밝혔다.

LH는 엄태영 국민의힘 의원과 공동 주관으로 매입임대주택 성과를 돌아보고,수원 월드컵 경기장 시야효과적인 공급 방안 등을 모색하고자 이 같은 토론회를 추진한다.매입임대주택 공급을 늘리고 있지만 매입 가격 수준,수원 월드컵 경기장 시야매입 방식,수원 월드컵 경기장 시야주택 유형 등에 대한 다양한 의견이 나오는 영향이다.

토론회는 매입임대주택에 대한 3개의 주제발표와 전문가 토론으로 구성된다.먼저 최은영 한국도시연구소 소장이 '매입임대주택 20년 성과와 과제'를 주제로 발표한다.

남영우 나사렛대학교 교수는 '매입임대주택의 공급 합리화 방안 : 신축 매입약정 임대주택을 중심으로'를 중심으로 발제한다.공공임대 중 매입임대주택의 역할 분석부터 신축매입임대 비중 증가,주택매입 가격 문제 제기에 따른 대책 등 논의한다.

마지막으로 권혁삼 LH 토지주택연구원(LHRI) 단장이 'LH 매입임대주택 현황과 발전 방안'을 설명한다.LH의 매입임대주택 공급·운영 현황,주택품질 확보,수원 월드컵 경기장 시야주택 노후화에 따른 정비전략 등을 전하고,수원 월드컵 경기장 시야공급 확대를 위한 주요 과제에 대해 발표한다.

전문가 토론에서는 발표된 사항 등을 토대로 다양한 의견 교환 시간을 가진다.토론에는 이영은 LHRI 주택주거실장이 좌장을 맡고,박광재 한국주거학회 회장,백인길 경제정의실천시민연합 도시개혁센터 이사장 등이 참석할 예정이다.

정창무 LH 토지주택연구원장은 "이번 정책토론회를 통해 매입임대주택 정책이 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대한 고견을 듣고자 하니 많은 관심과 뜨거운 성원을 부탁드린다"고 말했다.
