지난달 가계대출이 한 달 전보다 5조 원 넘게 늘어난 것으로 나타났습니다.

가계대출 증가세가 다시 빨라지는 가운데 금융당국은 예고된 대출 규제를 차질없이 시행하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

황경주 기자가 보도합니다.

[리포트]

지난달 모든 금융권에서 가계대출이 5조 3천억 원 늘어난 것으로 집계됐습니다.

4조 2천억 원 늘었던 전달과 비교하면 증가 폭이 커진 겁니다.

올해 2월과 3월 잇따라 줄어들었던 가계대출은 4월 들어 4조 원 넘게 증가로 전환했습니다.

이후 5월은 5조 3천억 원,로또 1 2 3등6월은 4조 2천억 원 늘어나 높은 증가세를 이어가고 있습니다.

부동산 거래량이 늘면서 주택담보대출이 증가한 영향으로 보입니다.

지난달 금융권 주택담보대출은 5조 4천억 원 증가한 것으로 집계됐습니다.

특히 은행권이 주택담보대출 증가세를 이끌었습니다.

반면 신용대출 등을 포함하는 기타대출은 2천억 원 감소했습니다.

가계대출 증가세가 확대되는 흐름은 당분간 이어질 것으로 보입니다.

금융당국은 "이번 달에도 수도권 중심으로 부동산 거래가 늘며 가계대출 증가세가 확대될 우려가 있다"며 "높은 경각심을 가져야 할 시점"이라고 밝혔습니다.

한국은행 역시 최근 몇 달간 늘어난 주택거래가 시차를 두고 반영될 거라며 가계대출 증가세를 전망했습니다.

정부는 디딤돌,로또 1 2 3등버팀목 대출 등 정책금융상품 대출 금리를 최대 0.4%p 인상했습니다.

또 다음 달 1일부터는 강화된 대출 규제인 2단계 스트레스 DSR을 시행합니다.

스트레스 DSR은 변동금리로 대출을 받는 차주에게 앞으로 금리가 오를 때를 대비해 가산금리를 적용하는 방식으로 대출 한도를 줄이는 규제입니다.

2단계로 접어드는 다음 달부터는 가산금리 적용 비율이 현행 25%에서 50%로 높아집니다.
