목동6단지 재건축 사업 위치도 [서울시 제공]

[헤럴드경제=박로명 기자] 서울시는 지난 3일 제6차 도시계획위원회 분과소위원회에서 양천구 목동6단지 아파트 재건축 정비계획 수립 및 정비구역 지정·경관 심의(안)을 수정가결했다.

대상지는 목동택지개발지구 관문지역에 위치해있다.안양천·이대목동병원·목동종합운동장 등 도시기능이 연결돼 있다.지상 공원화를 조성하고 있는 국회대로를 접하고 있는 주거 입지를 갖추고 있는 곳으로,nk 디나모 자그레브신속통합기획 가이드라인에 따라 정비구역 지정 및 정비계획(안)이 마련됐다.

목동6단지 아파트는 용적률 299.87%,최고 49층 이하,nk 디나모 자그레브15개동 2173가구(공공주택 273가구)로 재탄생할 전망이다.

북측 도로(목동동로,nk 디나모 자그레브25m) 및 서측 도로(목동동로18길,nk 디나모 자그레브15m)를 각각 5m,nk 디나모 자그레브4m 확폭하여 자전거와 보행 이용률이 높은 목동 주민의 편의성을 최대화했다.또 동측 및 남측에 경관녹지 2개소를 연결해 보행·녹지 네트워크를 강화했다.

아울러 마이스(MICE: 기업회의·포상관광·컨벤션·전시) 단지로 개발 예정인 목동종합운동장유수지와의 연결을 위해 국회대로 상부에 입체 보행육교를 계획했다.안양천으로의 접근성 강화를 위해 수직 이동시설(엘리베이터)을 계획해 주변 지역과의 연계성을 강화했다.

목동택지 14개 단지 중 신속통합기획을 추진한 목동 6단지를 제외한 다른 13개 단지는 자문과 입안 절차를 병행추진할 수 있는 신속통합기획을 진행하고 있다.이에 따라 단지별 정비구역 결정이 가속화될 것으로 예상된다.

한병용 서울시 주택실장은 “목동 14개 단지 중 가장 먼저 재건축을 추진하는 목동6단지 아파트가 목동택지지구 신속통합기획 선도사례”라며 “목동지구 단지들의 신속통합기획(자문사업)으로 활발히 추진 중인 만큼,nk 디나모 자그레브이번 목동6단지 재건축으로 타 단지들도 탄력을 받아 목동지구 전체의 주거환경이 크게 개선될 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
