행정안전부는 국민이 자주 이용하는 공공 서비스 13종을 민간 기업에 개방하는 '2024년도 하반기 디지털 서비스 개방 공모 사업'을 추진한다고 15일 밝혔다.

디지털 서비스 개방은 공공 웹이나 앱으로만 이용 가능한 공공 서비스를 민간에 개방해 국민에게 익숙한 민간 앱에서도 이용할 수 있게 하는 사업이다.

행안부는 그간 여권 재발급 신청,책이음 서비스,월드컵 예선 홍콩분실물 신고 등 총 20종의 서비스를 개방해왔다.

특히 개방된 서비스 중 KTX·SRT 승차권은 매일 2만여 건의 승차권이 네이버 등 민간 앱을 통해 예매되고 있다.국립수목원도 전체 예약 건수의 50% 이상이 민간 앱으로 예약되는 등 국민의 생활에 편리함을 주고 있다.

이번에 공모를 실시하는 하반기 개방 서비스는 고향사랑기부,월드컵 예선 홍콩자동차 통합이력 조회,월드컵 예선 홍콩농식품 바우처 서비스,소비자 상담 및 피해구제 신청,장애인을 위한 점자·수어 등 13종이다.

참여를 원하는 기업은 다음 달 4일 오후 6시까지 신청서를 '문서24'를 통해 제출하면 된다.심사를 거쳐 선정되면 프로그램 개발 등을 거쳐 올해 말부터 순차적으로 서비스를 개통할 예정이다.

한편,행안부는 상반기에 공모를 실시한 자원봉사 신청,월드컵 예선 홍콩탄소중립 실천포인트 조회,디지털 관광 주민증 등 공공 서비스도 민간 앱으로 개방하기 위해 기업과 연계를 진행 중이다.

이를 통해 올해 연말부터 총 46종의 서비스를 추가 개방할 예정이다.
