오늘(17일) 보험업계에 따르면,바카라 영화삼성화재·현대해상·KB손해보험·DB손해보험·메리츠화재 등 5개 손해보험사에서 취합한 올해 1분기 실손보험 손해율은 128.0%로 지난해 1분기 대비 1.7% 상승했습니다.

손해율이 100%가 넘는다는 것은 보험사들이 그만큼 실손보험에서 적자를 내고 있다는 의미입니다.

세대별로 보면 특히 4세대 실손보험 손해율이 지난해 1분기 118.4%에서 올해 1분기 134.0%로 15.6%포인트(p) 급등했습니다.

4세대 실손보험은 과잉 진료를 억제하고 가입자 간 형평성을 도모하기 위해 보험료 할인·할증제를 적용해 2021년 7월 출시한 상품입니다.보험료가 이전 세대 상품보다 저렴한 대신 진료비 자기부담비율이 높습니다.

4세대 실손 손해율은 2021년 62.0%,바카라 영화2022년 88.8%,바카라 영화2023년 115.5%,올해 1분기 134.0%로 지속해서 급등하고 있습니다.

1세대(지난해 124.9→올해 1분기 123.5%),2세대(117.0→120.5%),3세대(159.1→155.5%) 등의 손해율은 지난해와 비슷한 수준입니다.

손해율 급등의 주범으로는 도수·체외충격파·증식치료,비급여 주사료 등 비급여 항목이 꼽힙니다.비급여 의료는 의료기관이 가격을 임의로 설정하고 진료 횟수,바카라 영화양 등을 남용할 수 있어 일부 의료기관과 소비자의 과잉의료가 지속되고 있습니다.

5개사의 올해 1∼5월 실손보험금 지급액은 총 3조8천443억원으로 지난해 동기 대비 11.2% 늘었는데 이중 비급여 지급액은 2조2천58억원으로 11.3%,급여 지급액은 1조6천385억원으로 11.0% 증가했습니다.
