현대자동차 노동조합이 오늘(24일) 실시한 올해 임금협상 결렬에 따른 쟁의행위 찬반 투표 결과 찬성률 89.97%로 가결됐습니다.

노조는 이날 전체 조합원 4만3천여 명을 대상으로 파업 찬반 투표를 열었고 4만천여 명이 참여해 3만8천여 명이 찬성했다고 밝혔습니다.

중앙노동위원회도 올해 교섭에서 노사 양측 입장이 크다고 보고 조정 중지 결정을 내리면서 노조는 파업권을 확보했습니다.

노조는 중앙쟁의대책위원회를 열고 파업 여부와 일정을 논의할 계획입니다.

실제 노조가 파업에 들어가면 6년 만에 파업입니다.

노조는 기본금 15만9천 원 인상과 지난해 순수익 30%를 성과급으로 지급하고 상여금 900% 인상,멜버른빅토리 멜버른시티금요일 4시간 근무제 도입 등을 요구하고 있습니다.
