문체부 브라질서 프로젝션 매핑 행사
'한국의 빛-진주실크등' 등 성공 개최 기원브라질 리우데자네이루에 있는 거대 예수상이 지난 7일 밤(현지시간) 대한민국 전통 의상인 한복을 차려입었다.문화체육관광부와 주브라질한국문화원이 한복 이미지를 투사하는 프로젝션 매핑(Projection Mapping) 행사를 진행했다.프로젝션 매핑은 대상물 표면에 빛으로 이뤄진 영상을 투사하고 변화를 줘 다른 성격을 가진 것처럼 보이도록 하는 기술이다.

리우데자네이루 예수상

브라질의 대표적 상징물인 예수상이 다른 나라 전통 의상을 입기는 처음이다.문체부 관계자는 "8일 브라질에서 개막한 '한국의 빛-진주실크등' 전시와 11월 리우데자네이루에서 열리는 주요 20개국(G20) 정상회의의 성공적인 개최를 기원하고자 기획한 행사"라며 "주브라질 한국대사관과 진주시,아시아 챔피언스리그 16강브라질 니테로이시,아시아 챔피언스리그 16강예수상 관리기관 등과 긴밀하게 협력해 진행했다"고 전했다.이어 "8일 밤에는 예수상 한복 행사의 연장으로 태극기가 투영될 예정"이라고 덧붙였다.

예수상에 입힌 한복 모형은 진주실크 홍보대사인 이진희 디자이너 작품이다.예수상은 한국의 오방색과 브라질 국기의 색상을 상징하는 청색 철릭 도포를 입었다.허리에는 G20 정상회의 로고 색상에 맞춘 술띠(양쪽 두 끝에 술을 단 가느다란 띠)를 맸다.이진희 디자이너는 "예수상에 투영된 한국 전통 의상으로 한국과 브라질의 우호 관계가 더욱 돈독해지기를 기대한다"고 말했다.

태극기 색으로 물든 니테로이 미술관

니테로이 현대미술관 메인홀에서 개막한 '한국의 빛-진주실크등'은 8월 25일까지 열린다.전주 실크로 제작한 등불로 조성한 터널,아시아 챔피언스리그 16강3차원(3D) 달 조형물,아시아 챔피언스리그 16강진주시 관광 마스코트 '하모' 조형물,한복 전시 등으로 한국문화의 아름다움을 선보인다.용호성 문체부 국제문화홍보정책실장은 "이번 행사를 계기로 한국의 고유하고 다채로운 문화를 브라질에 적극적으로 소개할 계획"이라고 말했다.
