(서울=연합뉴스) 이민영 기자 = 지씨셀(GC셀)이 26일 미국 관계사 아티바 바이오테라퓨틱스와 체결한 치료제 공동 연구개발 계약을 해지했다는 소식에 52주 신저가를 기록했다.

이날 코스닥시장에서 지씨셀은 전장 대비 7.12% 내린 2만8천700원에 거래를 마쳤다.

주가는 장중 2만7천700원까지 내리며 52주 신저가를 기록했다.

전날 지씨셀은 아티바 바이오테라퓨틱스와 2021년 체결한 CAR-NK(키메릭 항원 수용체 자연살해세포) 치료제 공동 연구개발 계약을 해지했다고 공시했다.

지씨셀은 제약사 MSD(머크 샤프 앤드 돔)가 내부 의사 결정에 따라 아티바와의 연구개발 계약을 해지했으며,역대 프리미어리그 우승이에 따라 아티바가 자사와의 계약을 해지했다고 설명했다.

아울러 아티바와의 계약 중 연구 용역 제공에 따른 선급금 1천500만달러(약 208억원)의 반환 의무는 없다고 밝혔다.
