우리은행(은행장 조병규)이 행정안전부 주관‘디지털플랫폼정부’중점 추진과제인 2차 디지털 서비스 개방 사업에 참여한다고 18일 밝혔다.

‘디지털플랫폼정부’는 과거 공급자 중심으로 관리해 오던 여러 공공기관의 민원 열람을 국민 눈높이에 맞춰 민간 디지털 플랫폼에서도 열람할 수 있는 환경 구축이 핵심이다.

이에 따라 우리은행은 우리WON뱅킹의 보안성,익산 행운복권방접근성,편리성 등을 기반으로 개인 디지털 지갑인‘원더월렛’에서 경찰청,익산 행운복권방병무청,국립중앙도서관,익산 행운복권방한국장학재단 등 4개 기관이 각각 관리하는 민원정보를 한 번에 열람할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다.

구체적으로 ▷습득물·분실물 찾기,분실물 신고(경찰청 제공) ▷군입대 위한 병역검사 신청 간소화,익산 행운복권방예비군 훈련 일정 조회(병무청 제공) ▷주변 도서관 조회 및 대출현황,익산 행운복권방도서 조회 (국립중앙도서관 제공) ▷대출 채무자 신고,신고 내역 조회 및 변경(한국장학재단 제공) 등 업무다.

우리은행 관계자는 “이번 기회를 통해 공공기관 채널 별로 열람하던 민원을 우리WON뱅킹에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 됐다”며 “우리은행은 앞으로 더욱 다양한 공공서비스 열람을‘원더월렛’에 추가해 사용자 친화적인 디지털플랫폼 서비스 제공을 확대하겠다”고 말했다.

한편,익산 행운복권방우리은행은‘원더월렛’리뉴얼 기념 고객 이벤트도 진행한다.오늘부터 다음 달 22일까지‘원더월렛’에서 이번에 제공하는 공공서비스에 대한 퀴즈를 풀면 네이버페이포인트 쿠폰을 지급한다.
