그런데 바로 전날 가게로 사과하러 간 공무원들이 허리에 손을 올리고 팔짱 낀 모습이 포착돼 또 한 번 논란이 일었습니다.

이후 자체 감사를 벌여온 중구청이 징계를 미루고 경찰에 고발했는데,이마저도 치킨집 업주가 공무원들을 고소한 다음 날이었습니다.

중구청은 직원들 진술과 업주 주장이 엇갈려 경찰에 고발했다고 밝혔는데요.

해당 공무원들은 업주가 뒤에서 욕을 했고,이런 식으로 하면 장사가 되겠느냐는 취지로 말했다고 진술한 것으로 알려졌습니다.
