현대차 노사에 따르면 노조는 이날 울산공장 본관 동행룸에서 열린 올해 임금협상 8차 교섭에서 협상 결렬을 선언했다.

이날 회사는 노조 측에 기본급 10만1000원 인상,경영성과급 350%+1450만원 지급 등이 담긴 올해 첫 제시안을 전달했다.

제시안에는 글로벌 누적 판매 1억대 달성 기념 품질향상 격려금 100%와 주식 20주 지급도 포함됐다.

또 사회공헌기금 연 60억원 조성과 함께 직원 1인당 1만원을 출연하고 회사는 출연 금액과 동일한 금액을 추가로 출연하는 '노사 공동 기금' 조성을 제안했다.

회사는 매월 급여에서 1000원 단위 이하 금액을 기부하는 '급여 우수리' 제도를 추진해 소외계층의 출산과 양육에 필요한 물품을 지원하는 방안도 제시했다.

부품협력사를 지원하기 위해 그룹사 차원의 1000억원 규모의 지원 펀드,신규슬롯사이트 ui부품사 스마트공장 구축 지원을 위한 연 50억원 출연,미래 경쟁력 강화 교육 프로그램 지원 등 상생 방안도 제안했다.

그러나 노조는 이번 제시안이 조합원들의 기대에 미치지 못한다고 판단해 결렬을 선언하고 곧바로 교섭장에서 퇴장했다.

노조는 이날 중 중앙노동위원회에 쟁의 조정을 신청하고 다음 주 임시대의원대회를 열어 파업 돌입 여부를 결정할 것으로 보인다.

노조는 올해 임금협상에서 기본급 15만9000원 인상(호봉승급분 제외),신규슬롯사이트 ui전년도 순이익의 30% 성과급 지급,신규슬롯사이트 ui상여금 900% 인상,금요일 4시간 근무제 도입,신규슬롯사이트 ui연령별 국민연금 수급시기와 연계한 정년 인상 등을 요구하고 있다.
