호반그룹에 따르면 결혼하는 직원에게는 100만원의 결혼 축하금 지급한다.출산을 원하는 난임 부부에겐 난임 시술비를 최대 390만원까지 지원하고 국내 리조트에서 2박3일의 태교 여행 패키지도 제공한다.

출산 축하금은 첫째 자녀에게 500만원,둘째 자녀에게 1000만원,2017 u-20 월드컵 이탈리아 대표팀셋째 이상 자녀에게 2000만원을 지급한다.아빠의 적극적인 육아 참여를 위한‘든든 아빠 휴가’는 20일로 최대 3회로 나눠 사용할 수 있도록 했다.
