정부의 종합부동산세 감면으로,ves전북도내 자치단체마다 백억 원 이상의 세입이 줄어든 것으로 나타났습니다.
한병도 민주당 의원이 행정안전부로부터 받은 '기초자치단체별 부동산교부세 현황' 자료에 따르면,ves지난해 김제시의 부동산교부세가 2022년 대비 144억 원 감소한 것을 비롯해,ves익산시 140억,정읍시 139억,ves남원시 137억,진안군 127억 등 백억 원 이상의 세수가 감소했습니다.
이는 도내 자치단체 전체 세입에서 많게는 2.4%를 차지하는 규모입니다.
한 의원은 “부동산교부세를 많이 받던 지역일수록 재정이 열악한 지역”이라며 “종부세 폐지 시 지방재정은 직격탄을 맞을 것”이라고 밝혔습니다.
