30명의 사상자가 발생한 경기도 화성시 일차전지 제조업체 아리셀 공장 화재가 완전히 꺼진 것으로 확인됐다.
25일 소방당국 등에 따르면 전날 오전 10시 31분쯤 해당 공장에서 발생한 불이 완전히 잡혀 방수 작업을 안하고 있다고 밝혔다.다만 아직 연락이 두절된 1명이 공장 내부에 고립된 것으로 추정돼 수색 작업은 계속 이어지고 있다.
다만 외국인 1명은 여전히 실종상태로 여전히 내부에 고립된 것으로 추정된다.소방당국 관계자는 "아직 실종자를 찾지 못해 완진 선언을 못 하고 있는 상황"이라며 "수색 작업을 벌이고 있다"고 전했다.소방당국은 구조 인력과 함께 구조견 두 마리를 투입해 마지막 남은 실종자를 수색할 예정이다.
