어제(8일) 국회 과방위에서는 SK텔레콤 유심 해킹 사고에 대한 단독 청문회가 열렸습니다.

역시나 가장 뜨거운 감자는 위약금 면제였습니다.

최민희 과방위원장은 SKT의 귀책 사유가 명백하다고 했습니다.

유심 인증키를 암호화하지 않았고,양평역 토토SK 내부 서버에 비정상적인 트래픽이 발생했는데 왜 제대로 대처하지 않았고 질의했습니다.

귀책 사유가 SKT에 있는 만큼,바카라 복구 후기이번 사태로 소비자가 통신사를 바꿀 때 발생하는 위약금은 면제되어야 한다는 겁니다.

청문회 마지막에도 다시 한번 질문이 이어졌습니다.

SKT는 귀책 사유를 인정하더라도 위약금 면제는 어렵다는 입장을 재확인했습니다.

위약금과 매출까지 고려한다면 7조 원 규모의 손실이 예상된다며 난색을 보인 겁니다.

과학기술정보통신부 또한 사업자에게 심각한 피해가 될 수 있어 쉽게 결정하기 어렵다는 입장입니다.
