서울 아파트 가격이 11주 연속 상승했다.전국 아파트 가격은 6주 연속 하락했다.

한국부동산원이 지난달 28일 발표한 주간 아파트 가격 동향에 따르면 4월 넷째주(28일 기준) 전국 아파트 매매가격지수는 전주 대비 0.02% 하락했다.서울 아파트는 전주보다 0.09% 올랐다.서울 자치구 중에 강남구(0.19%)의 상승폭이 가장 컸다.대치·압구정동 위주로 가격이 올랐다.세종시(0.49%)는 4년8개월 만에 최고 상승폭을 기록했다.다정·새롬·고운동 선호 단지 위주로 상승했다.지방 아파트 가격은 전주보다 0.05% 하락했다.전국 전세가격지수는 보합세(0.00%)를 유지했다.수도권은 전주 대비 0.01% 올랐고 서울은 전주 대비 0.03% 상승했다.서울 강서구(0.06%)는 등촌·내발산동 위주로 가격이 올랐다.지방은 전주 대비 0.01% 하락했다.
