부산시는 농림축산식품부의‘제1회 동물보호의 날’행사를 오는 9월 말 벡스코 제2전시장에서 개최한다.
이 행사는 동물보호법 개정으로 국가기념일로 지정된 동물보호의 날을 기념하는 정부의 첫 공식행사로,개최지 선정 과정에서 부산시는 제주도,경북 경주시와의 경쟁 끝에 상징성,접근성,카지노업 허가증동물복지 정책 관심도 등에서 높은 평가를 받아 최종 개최지로 결정됐다.
시는 국비 5억 원을 포함한 총 6억5000만 원의 예산을 투입해 반려인과 반려동물이 함께 즐길 수 있는 다양한 볼거리와 체험 프로그램을 마련할 계획이다.
시는 지난 3월 조직개편을 통해‘반려동물과’를 신설하고 반려문화공원 조성,디즈니 카지노 순위반려동물 놀이터 등 공공시설 확대,행동 교정 및 펫티켓 교육,유기동물 보호체계 개선 등 반려동물 친화도시 조성을 위한 정책을 적극 추진 중이다.
안철수 시 푸른도시국장은 “이번 행사 유치를 계기로 부산이 전국을 대표하는 동물보호 도시,프라 그마 틱 슬롯 무료 체험 뱅크 카지노 놀이터반려동물 친화도시로 자리매김할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
