회사 대표의 사인을 연습하면서 문서를 위조해 회삿돈 수억원어치를 빼돌린 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 경리에게 징역형이 선고됐다.
창원지법 형사3단독 박기주 부장판사는 업무상횡령 등의 혐의로 기소된 40대 A씨에게 징역 2년을 선고했다고 12일 밝혔다.
창원지방법원.연합뉴스 A씨는 2019년 7월부터 2021년 4월까지 126회에 걸쳐 회사 자금을 본인과 남편 계좌 등으로 보내는 방법으로 2억2000여만원을 횡령한 혐의 등으로 재판에 넘겨졌다. 
경남 김해시 한 회사 경리였던 A씨는 회사의 모든 법인 통장을 관리하고 입출금 업무를 전담했다.
A씨는 범행을 숨기기 위해 매일 작성하던 경리일보를 조작해 사장 B씨 결재를 마친 원본과 바꿔치기했다.
A씨는 자신이 횡령한 회삿돈은 경리일보에 누락하고,로켓게임일부 횡령한 금액은 '사장님 경비'로 적어 마치 정상 집행인 것처럼 사문서를 위조했다.
B씨 서명을 위조하기 위해 경리일보에 여러 차례 B씨 서명을 연습해 적기도 했다.
A씨는 B씨가 경리일보상 입출금 명세와 은행 계좌 입출금 명세가 일치하지 않은 것을 발견하고 추궁하자 며칠 뒤 임의로 사직서를 내고 출근하지 않았다.
재판부는 “범행 경위와 피해 규모,토토 문자 전화특히 범행 은폐를 위해 서명 위조 및 증빙자료 변조 등 불법을 적극적으로 동원해 죄책이 매우 무겁다”며 “이 범행으로 피해 회사가 경영상 어려움을 겪고 있음에도 피해 회복을 위해 아무런 노력도 하지 않고 변명으로 범행을 부인하는 점 등을 고려했다”고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.
