"기업 경직성 심화 등 노사 자율적 선택권 미보장"대통령 직속 경제사회노동위원회(경사노위)가 정년을 65세로 연장하자는 안을 담은 제언을 발표한 가운데 대한상공회의소(대한상의)가 "기업의 경직성을 심화시키고 청년세대 일자리 충돌 문제를 야기할 것으로 보인다"고 우려를 나타냈다.

대한상의는 8일 별도의 입장문을 통해 "경제계는 오늘 경사노위가 발표한 고령자 계속 고용의무 제도화에 관한 공익위원 제언에 대해 우려를 표한다"면서 이같이 전했다.

대한상의는 "이 제언은 정년연장이 아닌 근로계약을 새롭게 체결하는 계속고용의무를 제안한 것으로 그만큼 정년연장의 부작용이 크다는 것을 방증하는 것으로 풀이된다"면서 "다만,게임 무료 vpn 추천노사의 자율적 선택권을 보장하지 않아 사실상 정년연장과 마찬가지"라고 지적했다.
