중국 중앙은행이 내수 진작과 시장 심리 안정화를 위해 지급준비율(RRR·지준율)과 정책금리를 인하할 예정이라고 밝혔습니다.
판궁성 중국인민은행장은 7일 인민은행·국가금융감독관리총국·중국증권감독관리위원회 장관급 당국자 주최 '시장 심리 지원을 위한 패키지 금융정책' 관련 상황 설명 기자회견에서 "지준율을 0.5%포인트 인하해 시장에 장기 유동성 1조위안(약 192조원)을 공급할 것"이라며 "정책 이율도 0.1%포인트 낮추겠다"고 말했습니다.
판 행장은 다만 지준율·금리 인하가 언제 이뤄질 것인지는 구체적으로 언급하지는 않았습니다.중국의 현행 평균 지준율은 6.6% 수준으로 당국은 인하 여유가 충분하다는 입장입니다.
그는 7일물 역환매조건부채권(역레포) 금리가 현행 1.5%에서 1.4%로 낮아질 것이고,토토 계좌 디시 제로메이저이를 통해 대출우대금리(LPR)가 0.1%포인트 낮아질 것이라고 설명했습니다.중국의 LPR은 '사실상의 기준금리' 역할을 합니다.
