서울시가 송파구,마포구,관악구에서 추진 중인 모아주택 사업 3건이 통합심의를 통과했다고 밝혔습니다.

이번에 통과된 사업은 ▲송파구 가락동 55번지 ▲마포구 망원동 456번지 ▲관악구 성현동 1021번지 일대입니다.

세 지역에서 공급될 모아주택은 모두 3,045세대이며,이 가운데 384세대는 임대주택으로 계획됐습니다.

가락동 사업지는 경찰병원역 인근으로,지상 25층 규모의 아파트 191세대가 들어섭니다.

망원동은 노후 건축물이 밀집된 지역으로,윈 조이 포커 골드 시세지상 22층 262세대 규모의 공동주택이 조성됩니다.

성현동은 가장 규모가 큰 사업지로,모아주택 5개소에서 총 2,592세대가 공급됩니다.

서울시는 도로 확장과 공공보행통로,공동이용시설 조성 등을 통해 정비 기반을 마련할 계획입니다.

모아주택 사업은 대규모 재개발이 어려운 노후 저층주거지를 하나로 모아 관리계획을 수립,정비하는 사업입니다.
