[다방 제공=연합뉴스] 서울의 아파트 매매 거래량이 토지거래허가구역 재지정 이후 급락한 것으로 나타났습니다.
특히 토허구역으로 묶인 강남 3구와 용산구의 아파트 거래량은 90% 이상 급감했습니다.
부동산 정보 플랫폼 다방이 8일 국토교통부 실거래가를 분석한 결과,슬롯 머신 무료 게임서울 아파트 거래량은 1월 3천427건,롤 라인 룰렛2월 6천462건,도박기준 여부3월 9천675건으로 올해 들어 지속적으로 증가하다가 4월에는 3천191건로 전월 대비 67% 급감했습니다.
4월 거래량을 들여다보면 서울 전 지역의 거래량이 전월 대비 줄어든 가운데 토허구역 대상지인 서초구는 지난 3월 410건에서 4월 11건으로 97% 감소했습니다.
강남구는 802건에서 37건,송파구는 865건에서 63건으로 한달새 각각 95%,93% 줄었으며 용산구도 260건에서 11건으로 96% 감소해 토허구역 지정 지역은 모두 거래량이 10분의 1 이하로 급감했습니다.
성동구도 전월 대비 68% 줄고,동대문구(65%),동작·종로·중구(64%),마포구(63%),카지노 다시보기 1회광진구(62%),영등포구(60%) 등도 60% 이상의 감소율을 나타냈습니다.
