스타벅스는 이달 중순까지 순차적으로 상당수 매장의 영업시간을 오후 10시까지 확대한다고 밝혔습니다.

이는 코로나19 확산기에 단축했던 일부 매장의 영업시간을 정상화하는 것입니다.

스타벅스는 이번 영업시간 확대를 통해 전 매장의 80%가 오후 10시까지 운영될 것으로 보고 있습니다.

현재 오후 10시까지 영업하는 스타벅스 매장은 전체의 약 50%입니다.

상권에 따라 이르면 오후 7∼8시에 문을 닫는 매장도 있습니다.

홍성욱 스타벅스 코리아 운영지원담당은 "고객이 언제나 편하게 머무를 수 있는 제3의 공간으로서 역할을 확고히 하기 위해 운영 시간 연장과 관련 프로모션을 지속 선보이고 있다"면서 "본격적인 하절기에 접어들면서 음료 수요가 높아지는 만큼 편안한 매장 이용 경험을 제공하기 위해 꾸준히 노력할 것"이라고 말했습니다.
