서울시가 경제적으로 어려운 중증장애청년의 자립 대비 목돈 마련을 돕는 '이룸통장'의 새 참가자를 모집한다.

3년 만기 시 최대 1260만원 이상 수령

서울시는 11일 이 같은 내용의 '이룸통장' 모집 공고를 발표했다.이룸통장은 참가자가 매달 일정 금액을 저축하면 서울시가 월 15만원을 보조하는 방식으로 3년 만기 시 최대 1260만원과 이자를 받을 수 있다.

예컨대 매달 20만원씩 3년간 저축하면 본인 적립금 720만원에 서울시 지원금 540만원이 더해져 총 1260만원에 이자를 더한 비용을 수령하게 된다.저축 금액을 10만원으로 설정해도 총 900만원 이상의 자산을 만들 수 있다.

시는 해당 제도를 2018년 전국 최초로 도입해 지금까지 중증장애인 약 4200여 명과 약정을 맺었다.이 중 약 63%인 2653명이 만기를 채웠고 총 285억원 규모의 자산을 축적했다.

중위소득 100% 이하 '중증장애청년' 500명 대상

참가 대상은 신청 공고일인 지난 2일 기준 서울에 거주하는 만 15세 이상 39세 이하 '장애의 정도가 심한' 중증장애청년이다.올해 모집 인원은 500명으로 오는 12일부터 23일까지 신청할 수 있다.우편이나 온라인 신청이 불가해 주소지 관할 동주민센터를 직접 방문해 접수해야 한다.

가구 소득은 중위소득 100% 이하여야 하고,생계·의료급여 수급자,스마일 토토 도메인신용유의자,다른 자산형성지원사업 중복 참여자 등은 제외된다.심사표에 따라 고득점자 순으로 최종 대상자가 선발된다.결과는 8월 말 발표되고,선정자는 9월부터 본격적으로 저축을 시작할 수 있다.
