손님들을 상대로 명품 시계 매매 사기 행각을 벌인 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 금은방 주인이 징역형을 선고받았습니다.

부산지법은 오늘(11일) 사기와 횡령 혐의로 기소된 50대 A 씨에게 징역 2년을 선고했다고 밝혔습니다.

부산에서 금은방을 운영하던 A 씨는 2023년 9월부터 지난해 3월까지 손님들에게 롤렉스 등 명품 시계를 매입하거나 위탁판매 해주겠다고 속여 돈을 받거나 시계를 넘겨받는 등 3억 원이 넘는 피해를 준 혐의를 받습니다.

A 씨는 해당 기간 한 손님에게 진품이 아닌 롤렉스 시계를 6,스포츠 토토 레전드400만 원에 팔거나 손님이 수리를 의뢰한 2천여만 원 상당의 롤렉스 시계를 전당포에 맡겨 받은 1,아프리카 토토800만 원을 개인적으로 쓰기도 했습니다.

재판부는 "사람을 속여 금품을 편취하는 등 죄질이 불량하다"며 "피해자들과 합의되지 않은 점 등을 양형에 참작했다"고 판결했습니다.
