유명 가수 콘서트 티켓을 판매한다고 속여 수천만 원을 가로챈 20대가 실형을 선고받았다.

창원지법 형사1단독 김세욱 부장판사는 사기 혐의로 기소된 A씨(26)에게 징역 2년을 선고했다고 4일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난해 8~11월까지 중고물품 거래사이트에 국내 가수 2명의 콘서트 티켓을 판매한다는 허위 글을 올린 뒤 60차례 걸쳐 2069만원을 받아 가로챈 혐의로 기소됐다.

A씨는 실제 콘서트 티켓을 한장도 갖고 있지도 않았다.그는 가로챈 돈을 사체 변제나 생활비 등으로 사용했다.

그는 이전에도 동종범죄로 여러 차례 처벌을 받았다.지난 2023년 6월에도 사기죄로 징역 1년 4개월을 선고받았다.이번 범행은 지난해 2월 가석방돼 출소한 지 6개월 만이다.

재판부는 “누범 기간에 이 사건 각 범행을 저질렀고,구글 게임 무료범행 횟수가 매우 많은 점,치지직 룰렛 확률불특정 다수로부터 편취해 그 죄질이 나쁜 점,블랙잭 인슈어런스 뜻범행을 모두 인정하고 반성하는 점 등을 고려했다”고 양형 이유를 밝혔다.
