도의회,해양레저관광 육성 조례 전부개정안 통과

경상북도의회가 해양레저관광 산업의 제도적 지원 기반을 대폭 강화한다.이동업 문화환경위원장(포항7·국민의힘)이 대표 발의한 '경상북도 해양레저관광 육성 및 지원에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안'이 최근 열린 제355회 임시회 제2차 본회의에서 최종 의결됐다.

이번 개정은 지난 1월 시행된 '해양레저관광진흥법'에 따른 후속 조치로,에볼루션 바카라 타이 배당도 차원의 해양레저관광 진흥정책 추진에 필요한 법적 근거를 마련하고 기존 조례의 미비점을 보완하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

개정안은 ▷5년 주기의 해양레저관광 기본계획 수립·시행 ▷관련 특화지역 조성 ▷자원 보호·관리사업 추진 ▷경북 해양레저관광 진흥 자문위원회 설치 등으로 구성돼 있다.

한국해양수산개발원에 따르면 2023년 해양관광시장 전체 매출 규모는 40조9천억여원에 달했다.그러나 경북의 해양관광 매출은 2조원에 그치며,투투 노래11개 연안지역 중 10위 수준에 머물렀다.전체 상권에서 차지하는 비중은 69.3%로 높은 반면,슬롯 머신 무료 사기 보너스실질적 성과는 미미하다는 지적이다.
