대법원이 더불어민주당 이재명 대선 후보의 공직선거법 위반 사건 상고심 선고를 신속하게 끝낸 데 대해 법원 내부망에서 현직 판사들의 실명 비판이 잇따라 나왔습니다.

김도균 부산지법 부장판사는 최근 법원 내부망 '코트넷'에 "대법원이 최근 특정 사건에 관해 매우 이례적인 절차를 통해 항소심의 무죄 판단을 뒤집는 판결을 선고했다"라며 "이러한 '이례성'은 결국 정치적으로 편향됐다는 비판을 초래할 수 있다"라고 지적했습니다.

송경근 청주지법 부장판사도 "사상 초유의 이례적이고 무리한 절차 진행이 가져온 이 사태를 누가 어떻게 책임질 것인지,보톡스 맞고 화장선거 후 사법부가 입을 타격이 수습 가능할 것인지 그저 걱정될 뿐"이라고 적었습니다.
