이번 점검은 도와 시군 및 민간 전문가가 참여하는 합동점검으로 시군 자체 점검을 병행한다.건축물관리법에 따라 해체 허가를 받은 용인시 등 8개 시 건축물 공사장 64개동이 점검 대상이다.

보행로 안전시설,낙하물 방호·방지망 등의 관리 적정 여부,횡스크롤 슈팅게임 온라인외부비계·공사용 가설울타리 등 가시설물의 설치·변형상태,마작 오야 뜻배수로 확보 및 침사지·하수관로 관리 등을 점검한다.

실태점검 결과 시급한 사항은 현지에서 즉시 시정 지시하고,조치 필요 사항은 건축주에게 시정요구를 할 계획이다.법령 위반 사항이 확인되면 고발 및 과태료 부과 등 행정 조치를 취할 예정이다.
