수입산 고기를 사들인 뒤 포장지만 바꿔 국산으로 둔갑시킨 일당이 적발됐습니다.

이렇게 원산지를 속인 닭고기와 돼지고기는 학교와 군부대 등에 납품됐습니다.

서정윤 기자가 보도합니다.

[리포트]

냉동고 문을 열자 바구니가 빼곡히 쌓여 있습니다.

바구니엔 닭고기가 포장돼 있는데 원산지조차 알아보기 힘듭니다.

농산물품질관리원 조사 결과,이들 중에는 국내산으로 둔갑한 수입산 고기가 포함돼 있었습니다.

[농산물품질관리원 관계자 : "아마 (원산지가) 이것 같아요.오스트레일리아,칠레."]

이런 수법으로 납품된 수입산 닭고기는 천800톤,수입산 돼지고기는 220톤에 달했습니다.

적발된 일당은 이 수입산 고기를 절단하거나 양념용 고기로 가공을 하면 눈으로 원산지를 확인하기 쉽지 않다는 점을 노렸습니다.

일당 7명은 주로,배트맨토토 로그인 안됨친인척과 임직원 관계였습니다.

이들은 2021년부터 닭고기와 돼지고기를 가공해 전국 초·중·고교와 군부대 등 2천800여 곳에 납품했습니다.

이중 절반 이상이 부산·경남 지역이었습니다.

또,거래 명세표를 허위로 발급해 단속을 피했던 것으로 드러났습니다.

부산 농산물품질관리원은 원산지 표시 위반 혐의로 일당 7명을 붙잡아 이 가운데 3명을 구속 송치했습니다.
