이재명 더불어민주당 대선 후보의 대법원 파기환송심 판결을 둘러싼 법원 안팎의 논란을 다루기 위해 전국 법관 대표들이 모여 회의를 연다.
전국법관대표회의는 9일 "구성원 5분의 1 이상이 법원의 정치적 중립에 대한 의심과 사법에 대한 신뢰 훼손 문제에 대해 전국법관대표회의에서 논의하고 입장을 정리할 필요가 있다는 이유로 임시회의 소집을 요청했다"고 밝혔다.이어 "구체적인 일정과 장소,카지노 최민식 젊은시절안건에 대해선 추후 절차를 거쳐 구체화할 예정"이라고 덧붙였다.
법관대표회의는 각급 법원에서 선출된 대표 판사들이 모여 사법행정과 법관 독립에 관해 의견을 표명하거나 건의하는 회의체다.법관대표회의 규칙에 따라 법관대표 5분의 1 이상의 요구가 있으면 의장은 임시회의를 소집해야 한다.필요한 경우 사법행정 담당자의 설명과 자료 제출도 요구할 수 있다.
