한국토지주택공사(LH)이 3기 신도시 부천대장 지구 내 A7,A8블록 주택전시관을 개관했다.
LH는 12일 "인천 서구 청라동에 부천대장 지구 A7블록 59A타입,A8블록 59B타입 주택전시관을 마련하고 9일 개관식을 진행했다"고 밝혔다.LH에 따르면 부천대장 A7,A8 블록은 2021년 12월 사전청약 당시 각각 23대 1,바카라 로얄9대 1의 높은 경쟁률을 보였던 곳으로,지난달 30일 입주자 모집공고가 시작됐다.
공급 물량은 총 865가구이다.이 가운데 사전청약 당첨자에게 673가구를,그 외 192가구는 일반분양으로 공급한다.두 블록 모두 전용면적 59㎡ 단일 평형으로 이뤄졌으며,분양 가격은 인근 거래 시세 대비 합리적인 수준인 평균 5.2억원대이다.분양가 상한제가 적용돼 당첨자 발표일로부터 3년간 전매제한 되나,실거주 의무가 없는 것이 장점이다.
19일부터 청약접수해 내달 당첨자 발표하고 9월에 계약을 체결할 예정이다.입주는 오는 2028년 1월이다.
