가수와 뮤지컬 배우로 활동하고 있는 김준수 씨를 협박해 8억 원 상당의 금품을 뜯어낸 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 인터넷 방송인이 2심에서도 실형을 선고받았습니다.

서울고등법원은 어제(1일) 공갈 혐의를 받는 30대 여성 임 모 씨에게 1심과 마찬가지로 징역 7년을 선고했습니다.

임 씨는 지난 2020년 9월부터 지난해 10월까지 100여 차례에 걸쳐 김준수 씨를 협박해 모두 8억 4천만 원 상당의 금품을 갈취한 혐의로 구속돼 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

임 씨는 김 씨와 나눈 사적인 대화를 몰래 녹음한 뒤 이를 SNS로 유포하겠다고 협박하며 금품을 요구한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

앞서 1심 법원도 지난 2월 임 씨에게 검찰 구형과 같은 징역 7년을 선고한 가운데,스포츠토토 구매제한임 씨 측은 오늘 2심 판결에 불복해 상고장을 냈습니다.
