CMOS 이미지센서 기술·영업비밀 유출 혐의
반도체 HBM 기술 관련 자료 유출 정황도 포착[이데일리 송승현 기자] 중국 업체에 이직하기 위해 영업 비밀을 유출한 SK하이닉스(000660) 전 직원이 구속 상태로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

서울중앙지검 정보기술범죄수사부(부장검사 안동건)는 7일 SK하이닉스 중국 현지법인에 근무했던 A씨를 산업기술의 유출 방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 위반 등으로 구속 기소했다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 SK하이닉스 중국 현지법인에 근무하던 중 고액의 연봉을 제안한 중국 업체로의 이직을 위해 CIS(CMOS 이미지센서) 관련 첨단 기술 및 영업비밀을 무단으로 유출한 혐의를 받는다.

검찰에 따르면 A씨는 CIS 기술자료를 확보하기 위해 사내 문서관리시스템에서 첨단기술,20 슈퍼 핫 슬롯 게임 무료영업비밀 자료를 출력하고 사진을 촬영한 것으로 조사됐다.A씨는 이같은 방법으로 빼낸 영업비밀 등을 활용해 이력서를 작성 후 중국 업체 2곳에 제출한 것으로도 확인됐다.

특히 A씨가 촬영한 자료 가운데는 급부상하고 있는 반도체 핵심 HBM(High Bandwidth Memory,21.com 카지노고대역폭메모리) 기술 관련 자료도 포함된 것으로 나타났다.

검찰 관계자는 “기업과 국가 경제를 위협하는 기술유출 범죄에 엄정 대응하도록 하겠다”고 강조했다.
