회사 사무실 냉장고에 있던 과자를 먹었다는 이유로 재판을 받게된 화물차 기사에 대해 법원이 유죄를 선고했습니다.

전주지법 형사6단독은 절도 혐의로 기소된 40대 A씨에게 벌금 5만원을 선고했습니다.

A씨는 지난해 1월 전북 완주군의 한 물류회사 사무실 냉장고 안에 있던 400원짜리 초코파이와 600원짜리 과자를 꺼내 먹은 혐의로 기소됐습니다.

당초 검찰은 사안이 경미하다고 보고 이 사건을 약식기소했지만 A씨는 무죄를 다투겠다며 정식재판을 청구했습니다.

재판부는 사건 발생 장소가 기사들의 출입이 제한되어 있었던 점 등을 근거로 A씨에게 유죄를 선고했습니다.
