부산지법 형사3단독(심재남 부장판사)은 사기와 횡령 혐의로 기소된 A씨에게 징역 2년을 선고했다고 11일 밝혔다.

부산에서 금은방을 운영하던 A씨는 2023년 9월부터 지난해 3월까지 손님들에게 롤렉스 등 명품 시계를 매입하거나 위탁판매 해주겠다고 속여 돈을 받거나 시계를 넘겨받는 등 3억원이 넘는 피해를 준 혐의를 받는다.

A씨는 해당 기간 한 손님에게 진품이 아닌 롤렉스 시계를 6400만원에 팔거나 손님이 수리를 의뢰한 2000여만원 상당의 롤렉스 시계를 전당포에 맡겨 받은 1800만원을 개인적으로 쓰기도 했다.

심 부장판사는 “사람을 속여 금품을 편취하는 등 죄질이 불량하다”며 “피해자들과 합의되지 않은 점 등을 양형에 참작했다”고 판결했다.
