삼성전자가 인공지능(AI) 기반의 업무 생산성을 향상하기 위한 디바이스경험(DX) 부문 조직개편을 단행했다.

8일 업계에 따르면 삼성전자는 이날 오전 사내 게시판에 AI 생산성 혁신 전담 조직 신설을 골자로 하는 조직 개편을 공지했다.

먼저 경영혁신센터 산하에 'AI 생산성 혁신 그룹'을 신설한다.AI 생산성 혁신 그룹은 일종의 컨트롤타워로 전사 AI 인프라·시스템 구축과 AI 활용 실행 지원,카지노 나회장우수 사례 확산 등 전사 AI 생산성 혁신을 리딩하는 핵심 조직 역할을 맡는다.

각 사업부에는 'AI 생산성 혁신 사무국'을 새롭게 설치하기로 했다.사무국은 각 사업 특성에 최적화된 맞춤형 AI 혁신 과제를 발굴하고 실행할 계획이며,포인트 홀덤 후기AI를 활용한 문제 해결과 성과 창출까지 전 과정을 주도해 나갈 예정이다.

AI 실행력을 강화하기 위한 'AI 크루 제도'도 도입했다.약 300명 규모로 운영되는 AI 크루는 사내 'AI 붐' 조성과 함께 현장의 AI 과제 발굴과 실행을 주도하는 일종의 '첨병' 역할을 수행할 예정이다.이미 사업부별로 AI 크루 모집에 나선 것으로 알려졌다.

이 외에 AI 기본 교육 외에도 심화 과정을 통해 임직원이 직접 AI 서비스를 개발하고 이를 통해 업무 혁신과 제품·서비스 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
