감사원은 헌법재판소의 중앙선거관리위원회와 감사원 간의 권한쟁의 심판 결정과 관련해 납득하기 어렵지만 헌재 결정을 존중한다는 입장을 밝혔습니다.

감사원 대변인실은 "감사원법의 입법 취지와 연혁,영천 경마장진행선관위에 대한 감사원의 감사 관행,토토 사이트 영상선관위의 현실에 비추어 납득하기 어려우나 헌재 결정을 존중한다"고 말했습니다.

이와 함께 "헌재 판결문 내용과 취지를 면밀하게 검토해 향후 선관위 감사 범위와 대상을 정립해 나갈 예정"이라고 설명했습니다.

헌재는 오늘(27일) 선관위가 감사원의 직무 감찰 대상에 포함되지 않고,구름 게임 바로가기감사원이 선관위를 상대로 채용 등 인력관리 실태에 관한 직무감찰을 벌인 것은 위헌·위법하다고 재판관 전원 일치 의견으로 결정했습니다.

앞서 선관위는 감사원이 2023년 6월~2025년 2월 선관위를 상대로 채용 등 인력관리 실태에 관한 직무감찰을 벌이자,샬롬 카지노헌법과 법률에 부여된 선관위의 권한을 침해받았다며 헌재에 권한쟁의심판을 청구했습니다.
