김 연구원은 “컨센서스 영업이익인 40억원 대비 큰 폭의 이익 신장을 기록했고 이는 플랜트 부문의 본격 매출 램프업에 따른 이익 기여에 크게 기인한다”고 했다.“물론 물류센터 관련 투자부동산 평가손실 등 으로 순이익은 적자가 지속되고 있으나,구르메 카지노금융비용과 평가손실을 포함한 물류센 터 관련 비용들은 2024년을 기점으로 어느 정도 마무리된 것으로 판단한다”고도 했다.
SGC E&C의 수주잔고와 올해 수주 목표치를 고려하여 추산한 올해 영업이익은 450억원으로 예상했다.김 연구원은 “공사 수행 Capa(생산능력) 를 고려해 올해 플랜트 수주 목표를 지난해 대비 낮은 7700억원으로 제시 한 점은 아쉽다”며 “그러나 리뱀핑 공사의 짧은 공사기간이 2025~2026년의 실적 램프업에 크게 기여하며 단기적으로는 이익 성장이 가파르게 나타날 것으로 기대되는 점은 여전히 긍정적이다”고 했다.
