수원지방법원은 법관사무분담 위원회 회의를 거쳐 수원지법 형사11부 재판장에 송병훈 부장판사를 배치했습니다.

송 부장판사는 2003년 45회 사법시험에 합격해 2006년 사법연수원을 35기로 수료한 뒤 서울중앙지법 등을 거쳐 2019년 대법원에서 재판연구관을 지냈으며 대구지법·대구가정법원 포항지원과 영덕지원에서 부장판사를 역임했습니다.

수원지법 법관사무분담 위원회는 형사사건 전문성을 고려해 송 부장판사를 형사합의부에 배치한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

송 부장판사의 주요 판결로는 삼성전자 화성사업장 불산 누출사고와 홍정기 전 감사원 감사위원 사망 사건 등이 있습니다.
