씨티씨바이오는 내달 14일 주주총회에서 김신규 대표의 신규 사내이사로 선임 등 신임 이사를 선출한다고 26일 공시했다.
이날 부의 안건은 △이사 선임의 건 △상근감사선임의 건 등이다.
사내이사 후보자는 김신규 대표다.김 대표는 1964년생으로 파마리서치 대표이사와 한국콜마 부사장을 역임한 인물이다.기타비상무이사 자리엔 김원권·김정훈 선임을 의결한다. 김원권 후보자는 1968년생으로 파마리서치 경영전략본부장,맥북 온라인 게임 추천덕화푸드 CFO,카지노 사이트 choegocasino코오롱제약 실장 등을 거쳤다. 김정훈 후보자는 삼성전자 삼성리서치 책임연구원,카지노 꽁인터베스트 투자본부 수석심사역 등을 지낸 인물이다.
전남대 경영학부 및 디지털미래융합서비스 협동과정(대학원) 교수인 박현재 이사는 신규 사외이사로 선임될 방침이다.김영도 이사를 사외이사로 선임하는 안건도 의결한다.
상근감사로는 성석훈 전 마에스트로투자자문 자문역이 후보자로 올랐다.그는 지난해 3월 주총에서 파마리서치의 제안으로 상근감사 후보자에 올랐다.다만 당시 경영분쟁 여파로 선임은 이뤄지지 않았다.
