오늘(1일) 0시부터 오픈한 디지털 온누리상품권 플랫폼 '디지털온누리' 앱에 접속하려고 하면 접속이 안되거나 오랜 시간이 걸리는 것으로 나타났습니다.
기존 온누리상품권은 지류형과 카드형,모바일을 각각 다른 운영사가 맡아 발행해 오고 있었는데,바카라온라인이를 통합한 플랫폼을 지류형 사업자인 한국조폐공사가 맡게 됐습니다.
당초 1월 1일 서비스를 운영하기로 했지만,로또 현금수령업무 이관 등에 시간이 걸리면서 운영 일정을 오늘로 연기한 바 있습니다.
조폐공사 관계자는 "온누리상품권 통합서비스 플랫폼에서 430만 명 가입자의 일시적 동시 접속으로 인해 속도 지연 문제가 발생하고 있다"면서,경마 대차 뜻"서비스 안정화를 위한 긴급 조치를 진행 중이며 플랫폼 최적화 및 서버 증성 등을 통해 조속히 문제를 해결하겠다"고 밝혔습니다.
