앞서 지난 2023년 5월 선관위 고위 간부들의 자녀가 채용 특혜를 받았다는 의혹이 제기됐고,노 리밋 슬롯 디시선관위는 감사원의 직무 감찰을 거부하고 자체 감사를 벌여 경찰에 수사 의뢰했습니다.

이후 선관위는 부분 수용으로 입장을 바꿔 감사에 응하면서도 감사 범위를 명확히 정리할 필요가 있다며 헌재에 권한쟁의 심판을 청구했습니다.
