서울 강남경찰서는 A씨를 공갈·공갈미수 혐의로 검찰에 송치했다고 16일 밝혔다.

허웅 측은 지난 6월 “A씨가 2021년 5월 말부터 허씨의 사생활을 언론과 SNS,케이시 페어소속구단 등을 통해 폭로하겠다고 협박하며 3억원을 요구했다”면서 A씨를 고소했다.

허웅 측은 당시 A씨가 임신하게 되면서 갈등이 빚어지자 자신을 협박했다고 주장했다.

이후 허웅과 A씨간의 진실 공방이 벌어졌고 이 과정에서 허웅은 유튜브 채널을 통해 낙태 강요 등의 의혹에 대해 “전혀 그런적이 없다”고 해명하기도 했다.

A씨는 “원치 않는 성관계를 해 임신했다”고 주장하며 허웅을 강간상해 혐의로 맞고소한 상태다.이 사건은 현재 서울 수서경찰서가 수사 중이다.

강남서는 A씨와 지인의 마약류 투약혐의도 수사해달라는 허웅 측 고소와 관련해서는 혐의가 없다고 보고 불송치할 방침이다.
